Everfresh Digital – Trading Terms

1. The Service: We provide "Website as a Service." Your monthly fee covers design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.

2. Payments: Billed monthly in advance. If a payment is missed by 7 days, we reserve the right to pause the site to protect the service.

3. Ownership: Everfresh Digital owns the website design and structure. You own all the text, logos, and photos you provide.

4. The Exit: You can cancel at any time. To take the design and hosting with you to an independent Wix account, a £750 Transfer Fee applies. This covers the original build time that was provided at no upfront cost.

5. Business Continuity Guarantee: "To ensure your peace of mind, should Everfresh Digital ever cease trading or change ownership, full administrative control and ownership of your website will be transferred to your own Wix account free of charge. Your business's digital presence is guaranteed, regardless of our future."
